Structural Engineering Director

Graham provides a wealth of knowledge in the Structural Engineering element of the company. He has worked in the Structural Engineering industry for 32 years rising from the drawing office through to the design office and becoming Chartered in 1999. He became a Director of SWP Ltd in 2002, leaving in early 2018 to achieve his ultimate goal of starting and owning his own engineering practice. He is well respected in the local area by many Developers, Architects and Contractors. Graham is always keen to provide a swift turnaround to projects and prides himself with his value engineering approach to all projects. Graham has worked on a wide range of projects up to £75m, and specializes in steel framed buildings as well as residential developments.


Lloyd Gray – MEng (Hons) 


Civil Engineering Director

Lloyd has worked in the Civil Engineering sector for nearly 10 years. Having worked for both Local Authority and Large Contractors, as well as Design Consultancies, he has a broad knowledge and understanding of the Civil Engineering industry. From working for the Local Authority, he has in-depth knowledge of the S278 and S38 processes, along with Highways design to both DMRB and Local Authority standards.  Lloyd has worked on a wide range of projects with capital values of over £100m, undertaking both drainage and highway design. Lloyd has considerable experience in completing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies for Planning purposes, where he looks to implement cost effective solutions inline with SuD’s guidance for drainage solutions.
