Traditional construction of Load-bearing masonry supporting timber roof, timber floors and beam & block precast slabs.
The site is in an area of Radon Gas, and therefore a Radon Gas barrier is to be included to all properties.
All foundations to be traditional trench fill reinforced due differential settlement between soil horizons. Foul drainage is to be taken to existing public sewers and surface water disposed of by soakaways into the natural chalk strata below the site.
